Terms of Service

Welcome to Vastefy. By installing and using the Vastefy app for Shopify or Wix ("Service", "App"), you ("Merchant", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Service Overview & Image Licensing

Vastefy provides an AI-powered virtual try-on widget for Shopify and Wix storefronts. By using the App, you grant Vastefy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, process, and transmit your product catalog data and images solely for the purpose of providing the try-on functionality.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses to use all apparel images and product data synchronized with our Service.

2. Billing, Credits & Overage

Our service is billed through the native billing system of the platform your store runs on — the Shopify Billing API or Wix Billing. All charges, including recurring subscriptions and usage-based overages, will appear on your Shopify invoice or in your Wix billing history.

• Try-On Quotas: Each successful AI image generation consumes one (1) try-on credit.
• Free Tier: The Free plan includes 20 try-on credits per 30-day cycle, anchored to the date you first installed the App. Reinstalling the App within the same 30-day window does not grant additional credits.
• Overage Charges: If you exceed your monthly subscription quota, additional try-ons will be billed at the per-try-on rate specified by your plan, up to a maximum Spending Limit approved by you in the app (Shopify's usage approval flow or the Wix billing cap).

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the App in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Service or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Service. Specifically, you must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the AI rendering pipeline.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to generate unauthorized try-ons or drain API credits.
• Process illegal, explicit, or highly restricted content through our image rendering endpoints.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and AI-generated outputs are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". While we strive for high visual accuracy, Vastefy does not guarantee that the AI-rendered try-on images will perfectly represent real-world fabric physics, sizing, or colors. You acknowledge that AI rendering is an approximation to aid buyer visualization, not an exact physical replica.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vastefy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

6. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Vastefy app from your Shopify admin or Wix dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive will survive.
